Starting hourly range: $12 - $16 dependent upon qualifications and experience

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the admin department and assist in the efficient operation of the organization. Includes handling greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide information about BBBSNEI programs and services to visitors and callers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and contact information.
- Coordinate with the Executive Assistant and other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Answer questions from guests, direct phone calls, and manage customer requests.
- Make reservations for events or services as needed.
- Arrange transportation services for matches/littles.
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and more to matches.
- Reports to the Executive Assistant
- 60 Day and Annual Reviews

- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, good communication, and problem-solving.
- Patience, flexibility, and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
