What are the responsibilities and job description for the Frint Desk Attendants for Outside position at Big Canoe Property Owners Association?
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage the amenity front desk. Sincerely greet and check members and guests in as you represent Big Canoe in the manner defined by the POA policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a high level of customer service as defined by the POA
Assist in cleaning of facilities as defined by management
Follow opening & closing procedures as outlined in checklists
Understand basic exercise equipment and be able to communicate this info to members and guests Cash handling and deposits
Process transactions through a POS system
QUALIFICATIONS
CPR/AED certified
Must have reliable transportation
EDUCATION
High School education preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
Good math and money handling skills
Basic computer skills
EXPERIENCE
Previous hospitality and/or retail experience not required but is a plus
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Requires moderate lifting
Position requires long periods of standing
Will be working outdoors in hot temperatures
