Member Services Representative- Part Time
The Member Services Representative greets Members and Guests, answers Member inquiries whether in person or over the phone, serves as a liaison between the Members and various departments and assists in administrative duties throughout the Club.
Duties & Expectations
- Greet and assist Members, Guests, vendors, and staff in person, by phone and email with:
- making reservations for upcoming club events
- answering questions regarding the club's hours, services, and more
- directing to other departments as necessary
- Manage Club wide email communications
- Update, proofread, and maintain Member rosters
- Design, layout, and produce special and Member event menus, buffet signs, and more
- Update digital signage and printed signage
- Conduct routine research on member accounts as necessary
- Process routine Member check deposits
- Process accounts payable outgoing mail
- Maintain and distribute Member and Guest bulletins
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Manage Lost and Found program
- Manage Club mailings of newsletters, rosters, scholarship campaign, and others as assigned
- Assist Members with app and website login
- Assist in creating Club marketing and communications materials
- Manage staff birthday reward and nametag program
- Create and send “Daily Hole in One” email announcement for daily club events
- Become familiar with the Club events calendar and daily activities
- Manage coat and luggage check service
- Monitor radio communications
- Research and trouble-shoot Member questions and inquiries
- Knowledgeable of Club emergency procedures
- Maintain an orderly workspace
- Work on miscellaneous projects as assigned and assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of two years customer service or similar role is required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Previous country club experience is a plus
Salary : $19 - $20
