As we continue our rapid expansion, we’re looking for 2 dynamic and passionate General Managers to join our team and help lead our corporate Las Vegas locations.

Position Summary
As the General Manager, you’ll be the MVP of your Big Chicken restaurant, driving success across operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You’ll set the standard for excellence, balancing a passion for service with a relentless focus on results—all while fostering an environment that’s fun, safe, and unforgettable. Additionally, you will take ownership of four walls marketing to attract and retain guests, and you’ll drive sales across all revenue channels, including in-store dining, catering, and third-party delivery platforms.
What You'll Do
Operations Leadership
- Lead daily operations focusing on efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for achieving a strong unit economic model for the restaurant by controlling operating expenses including labor, cost of goods sold, and other operating expenses.
- Implement and uphold safety, security, and food handling standards.
- Ensure the restaurant operates at a high-level including cleanliness, food quality, and amazing hospitality.
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute four walls marketing strategies to increase guest traffic and build brand awareness within the local community.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to implement localized campaigns and promotions.
- Drive revenue growth across all sales channels: in-store dining, catering, third-party delivery, and online ordering.
- Partner with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to build catering relationships and drive group sales.
Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop an all-star team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and recognition to build a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Foster an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to give their best and create a culture where everyone wants more for each other than they want for themselves.
- Cultivate a FUN work environment where every team member enjoys coming to work.
Guest Experience
- Deliver legendary guest service through clear, enthusiastic communication and genuine hospitality.
- Address guest feedback using Ovation, Google, and Yelp reviews to continually improve the guest experience.
- Create moments of random acts of Shaqness that surprise and delight our guests, turning first-timers into raving fans.
Financial Performance
- Drive top-line sales through transaction growth while maintaining optimal labor and food costs.
- Implement strategies to achieve revenue objectives and improve profitability.
- Monitor and manage inventory, cash handling, and operational expenses with precision.

Requirements
- 3 years of restaurant management experience as a general manager (preferably in fast-casual or QSR).
- Experience with local marketing initiatives and driving sales across multiple channels.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work long shifts on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 21 and able to obtain/maintain all required health, alcohol compliance, and safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe, Sheriff’s Card).
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred, but not required.
