Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership :

    • Lead and motivate the front and back of house teams during shifts.

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to meet performance standards.
  • Customer Service :

    • Ensure excellent customer service by coaching and modeling positive interactions.

  • Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
  • Operational Excellence :

    • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
  • Training and Development :

    • Assist in training new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Shift Reporting :

    • Prepare shift reports on sales, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

  • Communicate important information to the management team for overall business improvement.

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or shift management role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
