We’re working with a pre-seed company building an advanced LLM platform that enables small-to-medium sized businesses to automate sales development with an AI assistant trained in human psychology and sales strategy. Designed to communicate directly with clients' leads, this assistant boosts efficiency, reflects the brand’s voice (tone, sales process, etc.), and drives down costs, especially for clients in finance, insurance, and healthcare. The team has 100% remote flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a high-performing AI agent platform using LLMs for sales optimization
- Gather user feedback and implement feature requests to enhance scalability and usability
- Focus on Python development, while contributing across various aspects of the platform
- Ensure ease of configuration and seamless integration for clients
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and a small, innovative team to push platform boundaries
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms is beneficial (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Background in fast-paced, small start-up environments
- Added bonus: familiarity with ML, NLP, LLMs, or RAG architecture
