You will review, research and coordinate problems, with verbal or written follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. As an Internet Customer Service Representative, you will input purchase order information, as well as track shipments and answer phone and email correspondence. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and working knowledge of the AS 400 is helpful. A qualified applicant must have the ability to sit for 8 hours a day and use phones, email and chat lines simultaneously.
