We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Fabricate and repair items as needed, utilizing welding techniques when necessary.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Supervise minor maintenance projects, coordinating with other team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
- Ability to supervise small teams or projects when required.
- Proficient in electrical work, welding, and fabrication techniques.
- Experience with residential painting and general repair tasks.
- Solid mechanical knowledge to maintain various equipment types.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
