Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in guest accounts.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight shifts.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
