The new Big Crow Tap House in Keene (opening spring 2025) is seeking servers and food runners.
3-4 day schedule
**Must at least be available through end of September.**
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy of orders
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments and operate POS systems effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques is advantageous
