Big D Floor Covering Supplies is one of the leading wholesale suppliers to the flooring installation trade, with locations throughout the Southwest. We are looking for full-time Warehouse Associates at our branch in Livermore. The ideal candidate is consistent, energetic and willing to learn. We work in a fast-paced wholesale warehouse/retail environment serving flooring installation contractors.
This position is a warehouse role where you will be pulling products and assisting customers with loading their vehicles. This is a labor-intensive position where you will consistently lift items weighing up to 75 pounds or more. You may also use a pallet jack or forklift to maneuver items within the warehouse. It's a physically demanding position; but it can be rewarding for the right person.

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to handle and maneuver a variety of materials--single items weighing up to 75lbs
- Experience operating forklift and/or pallet jack
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Ex: GED)
- Must have legal right or authorization to work in the United States
Additional qualities considered an advantage:
- Attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge of the flooring installation trade
- Bilingual in Spanish
Core Job Duties:
- Verifying and pulling orders for customer pick-up or delivery
- Assisting customers with loading vehicles
- Receiving and stocking products delivered to our location
- Perform daily maintenance check of forklifts
- Other general warehouse duties
- Overflow duties from the store
- Any other tasks assigned by Manager or Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
