Big Daddy Bagels in Boulder, CO is looking for one baker to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 4800 Baseline Rd Ste. B 101. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Complete morning make
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Meet dough production needs
- Be an early riser (the shift started between 2 and 3 am)
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus
- Reliable transportation
- sense of urgency and reliability
- This is a labor intensive job and will require you to be able to lift 50lbs.
