Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Big Daddy Restaurant Group LLC in McComb, MS. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to think on their feet.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a high-quality experience
- Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of guest interactions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company bar standards and apply them to manage the bar efficiently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and stock levels
- Prepare and serve drinks consistently with Santa Fe Cattle standard recipes
- Learn regular customers' names and preferences
- Process payments, handle credit card transactions, and make change as needed
- Wash and sterilize glassware, maintain bottle displays, and assist with restocking supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary language of work location
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and familiarity with standard drink recipes
- Ability to remain stationary for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
