Responsibilities
- Ideate, write and edit engaging posts for social media platforms
- Optimize social media content to support client’s marketing goals
- Collaborate internally to assist with other copywriting and editing needs
- Coordinate externally with clients and internally across teams to ensure brand and messaging alignment
- Identify opportunities to apply advertising techniques to increase brand awareness (ex: promotions, collaborations, competitions, events, etc.)
- Assist in onboarding and/or creating client social media pages as needed
- Assist in creating automated monthly reports to track and report on social media insights as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating engaging written content
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding of various social media networks and their respective audiences
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field)
- English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with various social networks and the ability to create engaging content
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to provide a current Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
