We’re flipping the lights on for dinner service, and we’re looking for a rockstar bartender to help us shake things up.
We’re In A Pickle Restaurant – known for our quirky, comforting, and creative takes on American classics – and now we’re bringing that same fun energy into the night hours. We’re building something special here, and we want you to help shape the new nighttime vibe.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be available Wednesday through Saturday, 3pm–11pm — no exceptions
- At least 1 full year of full-time bartending experience
- Comfortable running a one-person bar with support from management and waitstaff
- Over 21, TIPS certified, and have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to legally and ethically consume alcohol (tasting is part of the job — cocktails, beer, wine, and more)
- Professional, mature, and clean-cut — you’re the face of our new night crowd
What You’re Expected to Bring:
- Confidence and energy to engage customers and build a loyal following
- Ability to move quickly, stay accurate, and maintain high standards under pressure
- Willingness to be part of social media content (on-camera and behind the scenes)
- Creativity and collaboration on new cocktails, drink trends, and menu ideas
- Pride in keeping your bar clean, organized, and running smooth from open to close
Pay and Perks:
- $8/hour tips (Typically $200-$400 in tips/tip out a shift)
- Servers tip out 5% of liquor sales to the bar

Dress Code & Grooming Standards:
- Blue jeans and black non-slip shoes required
- One facial piercing allowed (nose only – no septum rings)
- No facial or neck tattoos; body tattoos are fine if not offensive or distracting
- Natural hair colors only (if a human can grow it, you can wear it)
- No lip piercings
- Uniform must fit properly; must be well-groomed and professional at all times
