Role Description
Looking to add a motivated and, eager general manager to our exciting new project, Casa Brasa. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX for a Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing profit and loss (P&L), ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer service, budgeting, and hiring and training staff. The General Manager will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and implement company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
