In A Pickle Restaurant is on the hunt for energetic, friendly, and reliable team players to join our front-of-house crew! As we head into a busy Spring season, we’re looking to fill key positions as some of our staff heads back home and also to get ready for patio season! If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment—we want you on our team!
Our recently launched dinner service has been a hit, and with the college crowd back in town, business is booming. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is your chance to be part of something exciting.
Open Positions
Servers / Bartenders
You’re the heartbeat of the guest experience—greeting tables with a smile, taking great care of guests, and making sure everyone leaves full and happy.
- Must be proactive, a strong multitasker, and a true team player
- TIPS Alcohol Certification is required (if you don't have it, its just a 2–4 hour online course, $40)
Pay: $6.75 for servers, 8/hr for bartenders plus tips (weekend shifts = $350-425 in tips possible)

A Few Things to Know:
- Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and holiday availability is a must
- Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, but you’ll need to be available around them
- No prior experience? No problem! This is a great entry into the hospitality industry

In A Pickle Restaurant is a nationally recognized brunch and dinner spot with a creative, comfort-food-driven menu and a loyal following. We seat 110 guests indoors and 50 outdoors (Memorial day through Labor Day), and we recently added a booming dinner service (Wednesday–Saturday 3p-10p). Plus, we hold a full liquor license.
