Role Description
These are full-time on-site roles as a staff member at Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Loxahatchee Groves, FL. The day-to-day tasks may include dog care, medical assessments, training, adoption coordination, event planning, and administrative support to ensure the well-being and placement of rescued dogs.
Qualifications
- Experience in dog care, training, and adoption coordination
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passionate about animal welfare and rescue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Physical ability to handle and care for dogs of all sizes
- Knowledge of veterinary care and procedures is a plus
- Prior experience in animal shelters or rescue organizations preferred
