Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Assist with client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Perform general administrative tasks to support various departments
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in English and Spanish, is a plus
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in data entry and computerized systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service or client services is beneficial
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
