Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online marketplace presence and driving sales through Amazon, Walmart, Target and other marketplaces. This position requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and analytical thinking to optimize our e-commerce platforms and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listing pages on Amazon and other Marketplaces to improve organic ranking by optimizing product titles, bullets, descriptions and A Content.
- Audit and support updating brand content including product detail pages, storefront content, brand story, and A Content for Marketplaces
- Key role in launching new product listings on Amazon and following go-to-marketing strategy. Including building new listings, coupons, reviews, A Content and storefront management.
- Monitor product catalog to ensure accuracy in content, images and pricing. Work with Marketplace support to resolve any issues with SKUS.
- Build partnerships with Marketplace Account Mangers to help grow Marketplaces.
- Work with Marketing Director to communicate and coordinator information to marketplace advertising agencies.
- Conduct industry and competitor research stay up to date on trends to make improvements on marketplaces and drive growth.
- Work with Advertising Agency to advertise products, promotional strategies and report on advertising results.
- A/B test listing optimization to improve conversion rate on Marketplaces.
- Driver of improving organic revenue results on Amazon and other Marketplaces
- Develop and work with Marketing team to help develop marketing content to improve advertising, storefront and A Content.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Post-secondary education (Associates or Bachelor) program in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Center, Walmart, Target, Etsy and other marketplaces.
- Knowledgeable about SEO best practices on improving product detail pages organic ranking and conversion rate.
- Ability to perform keyword research for new product development and to improve current product listings.
- Understanding of Pay-Per-Click Advertising strategies and analytics.
- Analytical and Strong Problem Solving Skills to reach KPI goals and drive growth
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel
- Intermediate Design Skills utilizing Adobe, Figma and creative content tools such as Canva
- Experience in creating marketing content with lifestyle images, videos and copywriting.
- Knowledgeable about Marketplace tool (such as Rithum and Mirakl Connect)
- 2 years of experience in managing marketplaces
