Job Title: Business Development
Location: Baltimore, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to our company’s growth. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Take ownership of lead generation, relationship management, and executing sales strategies.
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers, and prospective clients.
  • Source new prospects and opportunities within the local market.
  • Actively participate in local networking events, trade associations, and community-based organizations to expand business presence.

Strategic Execution:

  • Design and implement growth strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive data to adjust and refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring open, effective communication at all stages of the relationship.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, enhancing loyalty and trust.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring that service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions to track progress, identify opportunities, and ensure consistent follow-through.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development and client relationship management within the marketing or recruitment industry.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
