Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Take ownership of lead generation, relationship management, and executing sales strategies.
- Foster relationships with key decision-makers, and prospective clients.
- Source new prospects and opportunities within the local market.
- Actively participate in local networking events, trade associations, and community-based organizations to expand business presence.
Strategic Execution:
- Design and implement growth strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to adjust and refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring open, effective communication at all stages of the relationship.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, enhancing loyalty and trust.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring that service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Performance Monitoring:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions to track progress, identify opportunities, and ensure consistent follow-through.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development and client relationship management within the marketing or recruitment industry.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
