Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds. Work environment is a friendly and fast paced community of passionate early childhood educators. Management will purchase supplies as needed for learning, no teacher out of pocket expenses required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's learning and development
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are met
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
Skills:
- Proficiency in guiding young children in their educational journey
- Strong background in early childhood education and childhood development
- Ability to educate and inspire young learners in a nurturing environment
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and protocols
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with diverse needs
- Understanding of special education principles in a preschool setting
