Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of roofing projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the roofing industry, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. This role is responsible for ensuring that all roofing projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards and strategic goals.

Duties

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead teams effectively. ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST
• Obtain and take videos of project as well as collect reviews for each individual project
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables specific to roofing projects.
• Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with permits, local building codes, and regulations relevant to each project.
• Manage drivers and and prepare material list and deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring proper delivery schedules are followed.
• Perform initial and final walkthroughs with property owners to ensure satisfaction at both the beginning and completion of the roofing work.
• Oversee the pickup of materials on a daily basis to maintain an organized and efficient worksite.
• Stay informed and proactively call for necessary inspections to meet project timelines and compliance requirements.
• Have clear and consistent communication among roofing crew, contractors, and office administrator.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all roofing work meets safety standards, codes, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to secure materials, labor, and support for each project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the roofing industry and project management is A MUST
• Strong knowledge of the roofing industry, including materials, methods, safety standards, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead teams effectively. ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST
