YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility as
the Staff Development Coordinator and Infection Prevention Specialist (SDC / IP RN).
This position is on the hunt for someone with in-depth knowledge and outstanding communication skills. These qualities are key in fostering quality care, enhanced wellness and ongoing growth and development throughout the facility!
The Staff Development Coordinator plans, organizes, develops, facilitates and presents in-service educational programs for all clinical staff making sure the staff has the appropriate competencies and skill sets to provide the best quality of care in the industry! This includes education on how to identify and prevent and the spread of infectious agents such bacteria and viruses in a long-term healthcare environment.
Requirements :
- Valid Registered Nurse / RN license required
- Minimum of one-year prior training / teaching experience in related educational field highly
preferred
