We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing inventory control measures.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, transportation providers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
- Implement and optimize warehouse management systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor dispatching processes to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in productivity and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of shipping receiving processes, supply chain logistics, and transportation management.
- Familiarity with materials management practices and inventory control techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing operations.
