Were seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, youll connect with members, manage communications, and bring major events to lifeall while helping independent insurance agents succeed. Youll report directly to the Executive Director and play a key part in ensuring our programs deliver value. This full-time position offers a salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year , plus bonus opportunities, with plenty of room to grow your skills and career within our supportive, dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for members, focusing on engagement and retention
- Build relationships with Premier Partners and support program growth
- Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and manage major events like the Forecast Breakfast, Symposium, and Annual Convention
- Oversee communication strategies, including the e-newsletter, quarterly magazine, and social media
- Support the Executive Director and act as liaison for committees
- Maintain membership records, manage reporting, and help streamline operations
