Overview:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Support in hiring, training, and motivating staff to maintain a high-performance team.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Lead large group discussions to address questions and remedy complaints.
- Program Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with the day-school curriculum.
- Develop and implement daily lessons and enrichment activities.
- Foster relationships with school community members to enhance student learning opportunities.
- Data Management:
- Collect, upload, and organize student data in the reporting system.
- Ensure all data is accurate and properly organized.
- Analyze data and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
- Communication and Team Building:
- Create and nurture effective communication within the organization.
