What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Marketing Manager position at Big Ideas Learning Llc?
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the brand positioning, and messaging of our products. They will collaborate with our Product Managers and stakeholders to understand how our products solve the needs of customers and focus on communicating that value to our partners and target audience to strengthen our messaging in the market.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Big Ideas Learning You Will:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to conduct market research and competitor analysis to build trust and drive product awareness.
- Identify and communicate our products unique value proposition in a way that resonates with our partners and target audience.
- Assist in creating uniform and compelling messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to establish the best strategies for each channel and to align on the correct messaging and key product features.
- Work with teams across the company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns; educate other departments as it relates to current product messaging.
- Continuously conduct A/B testing across channels.
- Other duties as assigned.

A Qualified Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Subject matter expert in our product and industry.
- Expert storyteller with experience developing and executing product marketing strategies.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Google Analytics experience required; Hubspot and Salesforce experience a plus.
