HR Intern
Are you a Junior or Senior in college looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a growing company? We have an exciting internship opportunity that will provide real-world exposure to various HR functions! BigIron is looking to fill a summer internship position in the Human Resources Department. We seek a student eager to learn, contribute, and develop skills in HR operations and strategy.
This internship will be located at our Omaha or Saint Edward, NE location. This is a paid internship opportunity for the summer semester, lasting 8 weeks (June & July). No housing or travel expenses will be included. Estimated 30-40 hours per week. Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Essential Functions
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.

- Contribute to HR projects, such as job description reviews, HRIS enhancements, and college recruitment strategies.
- Create materials for internal communications, including slides for company-wide meetings.
