Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting BigIron's Inside Sales Team and Territory Managers. This internship is ideal for someone pursuing a career in sales, customer service, or ag business. You will be fully immersed in the inside sales process and contribute directly to auction preparation and post-sale activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update auction listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and validate seller-submitted content and images.
- Maintain and track auction listings, consignment statuses, and expiration dates.
- Communicate with Territory Managers, sellers, and internal teams to collect missing listing details and resolve discrepancies.
- Submit and track support tickets related to listing issues and customer inquiries.
- Enter listing information and notes into BigIron's CRM.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and customer support departments to prepare listings for auction.
- Assist with "Ring Men" calls to relay relevant listing details and ensure readiness for auction day.
- Help with payment and post-sale documentation tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping is maintained in all systems.
