Position Summary: Big Island Bike Tours (BIBT) is seeking an organized, energetic, and hands-on Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bike tour and rental business. This role is crucial for maintaining exceptional customer experiences, managing assets, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about biking, has strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, strong team leadership, excellent problem solver, and an independent self motivated worker.

1. Operations Management
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily bike tour operations, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and enforce operational procedures to ensure SAFETY, customer satisfaction, cultural integrity, and functioning operations.
- Fleet and Equipment Management
- Manage and maintain the fleet of bicycles to ensure they are clean, safe, and in optimal condition.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs with technicians or service providers.
- Rental and Tour Coordination
- Oversee bike rentals, ensuring timely scheduling, availability, and quality service.
- Collaborate with the team to design and optimize bike tours and routes.
- Facility Management
- Supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles, headquarters, and storage facilities.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with safety and operational standards.
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Track and report sales performance, ensuring timely submission of data.
- Team Leadership
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff, including tour guides and support team members.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in tourism, outdoor recreation, or a related field.
