Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service within the hospitality industry. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE! Must be willing to submit a drug test!

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces and materials.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality service to guests.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
