POSITION SUMMARY
The Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to diverse populations. The ability to carry a case load. They will link clients to community resources and ensure they are on the right track to self-sufficiency.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in case management in government entities or similar.
Preferred Education/Experience
Hawaii State Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or working toward their CSAC.
Basic Life Support: Adult CPR and First Aid; TB Annually; CPI Annually;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
