Summary
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our Amazon seller account, increasing sales, and enhancing overall performance on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, converting data insights into actionable strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including promotions and deals, to boost sales.
- Handle customer service inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts (minimum [X years] preferred).
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and PPC advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
