We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at Big Jeff Online Inc. This role is essential in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment. You will play a key part in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory levels accurately and assist with stock replenishment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
