This role is crucial for ensuring timely, safe, and customer-focused delivery services. Our Support Specialists are the backbone of our operation, responsible for not just transporting items, but also for assembly, installation, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical and drug screen
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items 100 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Two years delivery experience
- Must have a smartphone
- Ability to use smart phone or device for routing and electronic proof of deliveries (PODs)
- Be committed to ongoing training to improve processes
Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Accurately scan inbound and outbound items to maintain inventory records and shipment accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist with delivery routes on Saturdays as needed, supporting drivers with navigation and logistics.
- Manage and dispose of debris responsibly, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free.
- Guide delivery routes as needed, ensuring efficiency and timely arrivals.
- Coordinate with dispatch for pre-call tracking management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare deliveries in advance, verifying item accuracy and readiness for shipment.
- Conduct pre- and post-job verification, ensuring deliveries meet company and customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
