Role Overview :
As a Design Associate , you will work closely with the firm’s leadership and design team, playing a critical role in all project phases—from concept development to installation . This position requires strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple high-end projects with precision .

What You’ll Do :
- Collaborate with Principals and Senior Designers to bring luxury interior designs to life.
- Assist in the design development, space planning, and custom furniture design for multimillion-dollar residences.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, hand sketches, and computer renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Source and specify furniture, fabrics, finishes, and fixtures in alignment with project goals.
- Oversee quotes, proposals, and purchase orders , ensuring accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
- Work closely with vendors, showrooms, and contractors to manage lead times, inspections, and installations.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations , representing the firm professionally.
- Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, schedules, and procurement tracking.
