Salary Range : $135,000–$175,000 base salary plus benefits

We’re seeking a Director of Pool Operations to join our leadership team. This strategic role will oversee every aspect of our pool operations, ensuring exceptional results for our clients and continued growth for our business.

Role Overview
This is not a “boots on the ground” position. The Director of Pool Operations will serve as a senior leader, bringing deep technical knowledge of pool building and construction while guiding sales, project management, personnel development, and financial oversight. Reporting directly to the executive team, this person will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize pool construction and maintenance operations.Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and efficiency.Sales & Client Relations :Collaborate with sales teams to align operations with client expectations and ensure a seamless project experience.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and high-value clients to uphold our reputation for quality.Project Oversight :Establish and oversee project management protocols, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Coordinate resources for multiple in-house teams, prioritizing quality and technical precision in every project.Team Development :Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pool professionals, including project managers and superintendents.Foster a supportive and collaborative culture that prioritizes employee growth and long-term success.Financial Management :Manage budgets for the pool division, monitoring performance and making adjustments to meet financial goals.Oversee cost efficiency without compromising quality.Technical Expertise :Bring deep technical knowledge of pool construction to support in-house operations.Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance, and safety standards across all projects.Qualifications
Experience :Minimum of 10 years in custom pool construction or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale, high-quality projects with in-house teams.Skills & Knowledge :Advanced technical knowledge of pool building, including structural, mechanical, and aesthetic considerations.Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and performance analysis.Other Requirements :Willingness to relocate if not local to Napa, CA (relocation package provided).Ability to travel as needed to oversee operations across multiple locations.How to Apply
