Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications that meet client requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of construction, including site preparation, excavation, pool installation, landscaping, and outdoor amenities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain effective communication with the project manager, team members, and clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns professionally.
