Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our food truck operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious meals on the go. This role requires a passion for food, excellent time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including kitchen equipment and serving areas.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to maintain food safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, café, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
