Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns - Process payments using cash register or POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
