We’re growing and looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team to focus on Business Development to find our ideal clients, drive new revenue, and project manage our marketing efforts for our agency. This candidate should have a passion for marketing, great project management skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to collaborate with various teams, including brainstorming and presenting ideas or strategies, closing deals, and building relationships.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales, an entrepreneurial mentality, and a can-do attitude. Presentation and communication skills are a must-have. We believe in investing in our employees, so there would be opportunities to train and build experience in any of our variety of disciplines.
This position is full-time. It is based in Gilbert, AZ and you must work from the office during regular business hours unless on sales appointments, networking, etc.

- Heavy emphasis on supporting one of our largest national accounts
- Drive continued relationships with our clients (Online meetings, phone calls and email)
- Work closely with our internal departments (digital, sales, creative and account services)
- Create and manage written processes
- Be a Go Getter — Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
- Be able to close a deal
- Understand BMG’s marketing needs and objectives and work closely with them, alongside the Account Service and Digital teams, to ensure overall effectiveness and success
- Present new ideas and strategies to clients, Digital and Account Teams
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns via report measurement tools and offer alternative solutions for ultimate results
- Manage various digital marketing projects using tracking (workflow) software; carefully reviewing/proofing and confirming that changes to deliverables were completed as requested
- Proficient in best practices for digital ad accounts, including maintaining Google/Facebook certifications as required
- Conduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits and competitor analysis
- Organize and Communicate — Possess exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Think Big — Ability to “think outside the box” and take complex ideas and create a strong proposal for prospects
- Strategize — Experience with traditional and digital marketing strategies
- Customer Relations — Strong relationships with local and national businesses
