Position Summary:
The Bar Floor Manager will lead our day-to-day operations at the bar. The manager will be responsible for providing top notch service to guests and ensuring that staff is providing a memorable experience for the guests. The manager will also be responsible for supporting the hourly staff in any way that is necessary for them to work effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this job, they will need to be comfortable working in a loud and crowded bar setting. This manager will need to have fast paced bartending experience. Overall, the manager will make sure the bar runs smoothly, remains clean, and ensures customers have the best possible experience they can have.

Job Type:
· Part time · Hourly pay tips
· 25-35 hours/week · Days and Nights / Weekdays and weekend
· Floor Manage 2-3 days per week · Bartend 1-2 days per week

Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 3 years of hospitality experience (Bartending preferred)
· Open availability
· Be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
· Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
· Ability to work in a loud and busy environment
Required Skills and abilities:
· Proven experience maintaining composure while working in a busy face paced environment
· Proven customer service skills and experience
· Familiarity with Toast or other well-known POS systems
· Experience with scheduling, inventories, and basic beer and liquor knowledge
· Must have a hands-on approach and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and help in all roles.
· An eye for attention to detail
· Basic knowledge of google drive, Google meeting, google sheets, and google docs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate daily bar operations and deliver exceptional service to all guests
· Organize and supervise shifts
· Ensure compliance with all state and local liquor laws
· Control operational costs and identify ways to constantly improve them
· Implement policies to maintain a clean and successful bar
· Reports to General manager
· Daily bar set up, cleaning, and maintenance of the bar
· Closing the bar down and running all necessary reports at the end of the night
· Weekly and monthly inventories of merchandise, supplies, soda, alcohol, and equipment
· Proper cash handling
· Maintain a clean and organized environment to work in
· Ability to professionally handle customers compliments and complaints

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
