As a Graphic Designer, a typical day might include the following:
- Designing digital and print materials, including event flyers, social media graphics, promotional decks, logos, and more
- Maintaining and evolving brand aesthetics across multiple venues and clients
- Collaborating with photographers, videographers, and content creators to enhance visuals
- Working on multiple projects at once and hitting deadlines like a pro
- Working closely with marketing and venue teams to bring their visions to life
- Other duties as assigned
This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of direct graphic design experience (bonus points if it’s in nightlife, music, or hospitality)
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bachelors degree in art, graphic design or related field preferred
- Must submit a portfolio that wows—we want to see your best work!
- Ability to adapt to different styles and brands while keeping things fresh required
- Must have strong time management skills—you can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
- Must showcase the ability to work with a team well in a creative and collaborative environment
- Must have a passion for music, nightlife, and entertainment

- This position is located in beautiful new office at The Hub on Causeway with scenic views of the Zakim bridge. This full-time role is office-based and is NOT a remote opportunity
- Job functions require hours of sitting, typing, and use of a computer
- May be required to lift or move up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques and work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Non-typical office hours may be requested
