What are the responsibilities and job description for the High Rollers - Support Staff position at Big Night Entertainment Group?
As Support Staff (Food Runner, Busser), a typical day might include the following:
- Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and providing them with fast, friendly service
- Filling water glasses and providing guests with all required utensils and tableware
- Accurately transporting food from the kitchen to the correct table and guest
- Assisting servers in all aspect of the guest experience
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to company guidelines
- Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
- Working well with others as you will be working with other support, servers, bartenders, hosts and management
- Maintaining a clean and stocked work area
- Other duties as assigned
This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year previous experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant
- A neat and professional appearance
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
