Responsibilities:
- Research current fashion trends and determine what consumers will like
- Collaborate with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data
- Design sketches for new products with a design team
- Test and decide on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design
- Work with team members and student athletes to design clothes for upcoming seasons
- Select fabrics and trims
- Create tech packs with detailed specifications
- Develop CAD sketches to present to stakeholders
- Oversee the prototype sample process
- Help create and edit short-form product videos
- Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
- Assist with photo/video content shoots
- Ensure brand message is consistent
- Other duties as assigned
