Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support the training and development of new employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Oversee shift management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain inventory levels by managing stock, placing orders, and conducting regular audits.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of stock management processes, including buying and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role is a plus.
