Title: Service Advisors

Can make $45,000 - $60,000 per year. We offer benefits of a national chain while we run a family business.

Locations: **Sedona AZ**

Hours: Must be flexible to store hours

Responsibilities

· Selling tires and services to customers in store to exceed assigned sales goals

· Inspecting customers’ cars upon arrival

· Diagnosing tire-related problems, recommending service, and quoting prices

· Assuring necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted

· Maintaining strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel

· Overseeing customer satisfaction and solving problems that arise

· Assisting in store operations (i.e. opening/closing the store, Key Holder, Customer Satisfaction)

· Assisting technicians to ensure service levels are maintained

· Track reports, file invoices, greet customers, schedule appointments, follow up on sales calls, and make sales

· Ability to flex from one priority to another and make smart decisions about where and how to invest your time

· You are an avid learner who is inquisitive, loves big challenges, and can take on change with high emotional intelligence

· Actively works at developing proficiency in selling skills and tools

· You breathe confidence and can exhibit expertise in business

· Anticipates possible objections and proactively prepares responses to counter them

· Continues to learn methods for overcoming barriers and moving forward during any part of the sales cycle

· Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a variety of sales techniques and methodologies

· Consistently viewed as a positive role model in driving the sales process to consistently exceed expectations

· Inspired to deliver best you can be results through adverse situations

· Complete all other work assigned by management

Qualifications

· 2 years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment.

· Proficient in sells, customer service and is computer savvy

· Ability to work independently and follow directions

· Must be detail oriented, team-oriented, self-motivated, and takes initiative to business needed.

· Ability to work without constant supervision, while problem solving

· Able to communicate well with all levels of management with a high sense of integrity

· Attendance is a must, must be dependable and professional in a teamwork environment.

· May be required to operate a motor vehicle.

Physical Job Requirements: This position requires applicants to be able to be on their feet 8-9 hours a day. Applicants also must be able to lift to 45 pounds unassisted.
