Our expanding client base includes B2B SaaS companies specializing in fields ranging from HR to cybersecurity.We are currently seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in updating, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients. Responsibilities:
- WordPress Website Development: You will collaborate with our design and development teams to construct visually appealing and functional WordPress websites. This involves converting design mock-ups and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress themes.
- Bug fixes and debugging: You will help track down and fix issues flagged on client websites. A solid knowledge of dev tools is required.
- This position may involve building or editing pages using a Gutenberg-based page builder (primarily Kadence) on WordPress projects. Prior experience with Kadence is not necessary, you will receive training and documentation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the design, development, and project management teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project milestones are met. Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Willingness to get on zoom meetings as needed.
- You must be located in the United States.
- Pass a background check.
- A high level understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Prior experience with WordPress development or maintenance (e.g., internships, personal projects, freelance work) is required.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring websites are visually appealing and functionally sound, both before and after launch.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A willingness to learn from senior developers and contribute to a positive team culture is desired.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
