Job Summary:

Big Orlando Home Repairs is a trusted provider of residential services in Apopka, FL, and we are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing technicians’ schedules, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Coordination: Assign and coordinate technicians' schedules to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and handle service requests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Lead Management: Process and manage incoming leads from various channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper tracking.
  • Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide service updates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, data entry, and record-keeping as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support company operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior administrative or scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
