This position will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing technicians’ schedules, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination: Assign and coordinate technicians' schedules to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and handle service requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Lead Management: Process and manage incoming leads from various channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper tracking.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide service updates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, data entry, and record-keeping as needed.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support company operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior administrative or scheduling experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
